Changing your mind

Consumers who buy eligible goods online generally have 14 days from delivery to tell the seller that they are withdrawing from the purchase without giving a reason. After notifying the seller, the goods should be returned within the applicable legal period.

Starting a return

Email us before returning anything. Include your name, order reference, the item being returned, and whether the item is faulty or the return is a change of mind. We will provide the confirmed return instructions and address.

Condition and return costs

Customers may inspect goods as they would in a shop, but may be responsible for reduced value caused by handling beyond that. The customer normally pays the direct cost of a change-of-mind return when informed in advance. The seller is responsible for reasonable return costs when goods are faulty or not as described.

Refunds and faulty goods

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. A refund may be withheld until the goods are received or the customer provides evidence that they were sent back. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
