Where we deliver
The delivery destinations available for an order are shown during Stripe Checkout. An order should only be completed when the checkout accepts the delivery address and displays a suitable fulfilment option.
Delivery charges and timing
Any delivery charge must be shown before payment. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees and should be confirmed by the shop team before this policy is published.
Collection
Collection is only available when it is offered during checkout or agreed directly with the shop team. Customers should wait for confirmation that an order is ready before travelling to collect it.
Delivery problems
Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly. Include the Stripe order reference and photographs where relevant so the team can investigate.
