Seller and scope
These terms apply to physical goods purchased from the CrossFit Puerto Banús online shop. The seller's full legal name, tax ID, registered address, and contact details must be completed before the shop accepts live orders.
Products, availability, and prices
Product descriptions, available variants, stock status, currency, and price are shown on the product page and confirmed during checkout. Placing an item in checkout does not reserve stock. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, the customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate remedy or refund.
Orders and payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and the shop sends or records confirmation. Promotion codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn or limited where permitted.
Delivery, collection, and returns
Available fulfilment options and charges must be shown before payment. The Shipping Policy and Returns Policy form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Problems and applicable law
Customers should contact the shop promptly about an order problem so it can be investigated. These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction available to the customer.
